fire turns physical into spiritual

funny story about this night - the last night of inner elements retreat, as 4 of us danced around the fire another 15 of us
came back to their bodies from a plant medicine ceremony

as the fires grew higher, I saw for myself how the 4 who were not on plant medicine became influenced so strong by the fire

You would think they were on a 🍄 experience - the medicine literally rose up thru the ground and into there bare feet
the next day the 4 fire folks shared there experience it was just as transformative as the folks who were in thr shaman ceremony

- it reminded me, what we need is prepared to meet us. The only preparation you need is to tune into you and what’s around you

I stopped my hair braiding ritual in 2023 and to my surprise it was about so much more than saving a few bucks

It’s was about me truly accepting my true nature, my most natural stuffin all my archetypes of womenhood-especially as a q***r women outside with a girlfriend

as above as below, so it’s way more than just the hair it’s about accepting new parts of myself that have unfolded even the parts I’m working on evolving

So full of gratitude today, my 4th retreat this year - I went thru years of waiting, praying, working to create my current life. It’s not perfect, but this life is mine

I’ve seen so much beautiful that sometimes I feel guilty all the homies not with me. I cringe remembering some folks I love, living in a cell
I cringe when my mouth forms,
“I can’t wait to tell Dad” - knowing that means just speaking to the sky
