As we head into 2021! I need to implement new rules for my business!

All items is sold as is! I get these items brand new unless I state other wise! If anything is not new I will tell you before I sell it to you! I am 100 percent honest and trustworthy! I have all proof from all my distributors to back the condition my merchandise is in from them!

I Will Not accept any returns or give refunds unless it got damaged in transit and you must send me photos within 24 hours of you receiving the product! I also have insurance on all priority packages!

It is not fair to me for you to tell me weeks or months down the road that your items are damaged or doesn’t work!!! You only have 24 hours and that’s it!! After that there is nothing I can do for you!

If you do not want to have your items shipped and you would like to meet up. I can meet you or my husband can meet you!

I will no longer let others pick up customer orders and give them to my customers! This is our business and our responsibility to meet with our customers! So we will no longer hand off orders for other ladies to pick up and give to others! You will have to get your orders from me or my husband! That way if something is not right with your order you can tell me immediately!

Also all orders must be paid after all live sales through PayPal only! I do not accept cash on any sales!!! You also must pay sales tax! And shipping if I have to ship to you.

Also, Covid-19 has been so rough on resellers! It is very hard to find merchandise! Prices is raising on everything! With that being said! I sometimes purchase liquidation pallets! Not all the time! But there is sometimes I have to keep myself going cause there is more merchandise in them! That I can sell for reasonable prices to my customers!

I will tell you or list the condition of all items I sell! If you do not like to purchase from liquidation pallets! Then you might not want to shop with me! I’m sorry for that! There is times that I have to buy them! To give the best deals I can. But I just like to be honest!
