Today we reminisce on the original structure of the slaughterhouse exterior. As we undergo new construction to replace and repair the old foundation of the exterior.. we think about the start of this place and all it has led to in the many years since we began. The exterior will only be getting a cosmetic update with the old bones remaining.

One of those structures which will always be a staple of the slaughterhouse is ”the big pig” which is our original sign created years ago by The YoWorld Artist. With only a simple set of directions, she perfected the vision we had in mind. The sign will forever mark the site of giulianos slaughterhouse.
