Hello everyone, it’s that time of year again, just launched on my Etsy back by request this years Inbetwix Advent! Based on paintings from my favourite artist, Monet👨‍🎨. Hope you’ll join me again this year as we bask in the forever summer of Monet’s beautiful paintings! I know it’s nothing to do with crochet, knitting or indie dyed yarn but I’m so proud of myself! I have created my Christmas kitchen wall decor ( yes I know they’re on the floor) I bought iod inlay transfers from on Etsy. They’re not so readily available from the uk. They’re are so easy to do all you have to do is paint your backing (wooden crates from ) I used chalk mineral paint in the colour ‘ Flour Sack’ bought from (thank you x) then put the inlay into the wet paint spray it with water and leave it to dry then ‘Bobs your uncle and Fanny’s your aunt’ peel it off and a fantastic picture is left on your backing. Hope you like!

I know it’s not crochet but after a visit to .shop in Hyde/Duckinfield it’s absolutely fantastic and is well worth a visit. Lovely staff who didn’t rush us while staying walking around. I couldn’t believe how many artificial flowers they had. In fabulous colours. It gave me the inspiration to create. I thought I could make my own autumnal wreath. I bought a pumpkin garland and a leaf garland and set about making. I’d highly recommend this place, even if you weren’t into flowers it’s well worth a look 👀. I’ll definitely be back ❤

Well it’s finally on sale in my Etsy shop please find the link in my bio. After battling for TWO days yes you heard me correctly TWO days it’s live on a pre-order. This year it’s a little darker than last years Calendar due to the nature of the story. If you’re new to my Inbetwixt Advent Calendar here’s an overview. If you’re anything like me you’ll hate the time between Boxing Day (26th) and New Years Day (1st) so I’ve come up with another little treat for yourself. The Calendar comprises of seven 50g skeins of Sock sparkle yarn one to be opened on each day between the dates given. So come on make Christmas last that little bit longer # #

After a really really disappointing shopping trip to looking for a small bistro table (only really wanted the base as I’m going to replace the top) after seeing hundreds of black bases. After pulling out a completely dust covered one that no one could possibly of known was there. The gentleman wouldn’t let me purchase one out of the hundreds that were there ( I think this is because people get greedy!) I was directed to in Failsworth Oldham. What can I say what an absolutely beautiful shop. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Really went out of their way to find something to suit my needs. All of the pieces in the whole shop are fantastically clean. I’ve shown a picture of the table I purchased at a fabulous price ( still will replace the top) thank you soooooo much. Your customer service is beyond words. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your names but as Arnold Says “I’ll be back) thank you again
