I don't have "nutrient" but I do have a lot of food in my novel.

Simple stuff like a burger&fries...

To more unique dishes for a character's culture, like when Jennifer cooked arroz con gandules with empanadillas. (Yes I said it. I don't call them pastelillos 😅 I have learned different parts of the island call them differently. I was taught empanadillas by my mom, so agree to disagree with me lol)

2023 has been a crazy year of ups and downs. (Like emergency surgery before Christmas 😱)

On the positive side, I had my first story published w/the wonderful .

I also got married!!! 🩷🥂

I'm looking forward to next year and the release of my novel Z.E.R.O. ☺️

Going to try this . The opening to a short story (maybe novella). Really like working in first person lately.
