• Preparation
- Sauce
1) Soya sauce: 4 tbsp
2) Sugar: 4 tbsp
3) Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
4) Vinegar: 1 tbsp
5) White pepper: 1 tsp
6) Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
7) Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
8) Water: ¼ cup
Mix all the ingredients together. Your sauce will be ready!
- Chicken
1) Chicken breast: 1
2) Oil: 2 tbsp
Cut the chicken breast into peices as shown in the picture. Heat oil and fry one side for atleast 5 - 7 minutes. After that, cover for 2 minutes and then flip the chicken.
- Final preparation
1) Spring onion: 1 tsp
2) Sesame seeds: as per requirement
Add the sauce to the chicken and cover and cook on low flame. When the chicken turns tender, dish it out. Slice the chicken as shown in the picture. Cook the remaining sauce to thicken it. Add the sliced chicken to a serving dish and add the sauce. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Your Teriyaki Chicken with Cumin Rice will be ready!!!😋🍗🍚

Soda water: 1
*Masala
White salt: 100g
Black salt: 100g
Black pepper: 8g
Ginger powder: 50g
Cumin seeds: 2g
Lemon powder:10g
Fennel seeds: 50g
Ajwain: 50g
•Method
Grind and mix well, then store in an airtight jar.
*To make the lemon soda:
Add 1/2 tsp of the mixture, add crushed ice and Soda water. Mix it well.
Your Lemon Soda will be ready!!! 😄

Chickpeas boiled: 1/4 cup
Potato boiled (cubes): 1/2

Green chutney: as required
Tamarind Chutney: as required
*Masala Ingredients
Black salt: 1 tsp
Paprika powder: 1 tsp
Chaat masala: 1 tsp
Pepper powder: 1//2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder: 1 tsp (mix it well).
Crushed Papdi: as required
•Method
Take a plate and add Papdi, potatoes, chickpeas, onion, and sprinkle masala on top. Now, add curd, green chutney and tamarind chutney. Again add Papdi topping, potatoes, chickpeas, and sprinkle masala. Finally, add curd, green and tamarind chutney, green chili, tomato, coriander leaves, masala, and crushed Papdi. Your Papdi Chaat will be ready!!!😋🍲

Mutton: 1/2 kg
Onion slice: 3
Ginger - Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Chili powder 🌶️: 1tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Black cardamom: 1
Cinnamon Stick: 1
Black peppercorn: 6
Clove: 3
Bay leaf: 1
Cumin seed: 1/2 tsp
Black cumin: 1/2 tsp
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Green chili cut: 2
Coriander leaves : 3 tbsp
Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 🍋: 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion till golden brown. Add ginger- garlic paste and fry. Now, add the mutton and fry till all the water has dried. Next, add chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and whole spices, mix and fry. Add 4 glass of water and cover and cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Once the mutton is done, add yogurt and fry. Then add green chili, coriander leaves and garam masala powder. Stir well while cooking on low flame till the oil separates. After that, add lemon juice, mix and turn the flame off. Garnish with lemon and coriander leaves. Your Khara Masala Mutton will be ready!!!😋🍲

•Method
Add all the ingredients except onion into the mince and add to a chopper. Squeeze the onion and add it to the mince. Mix it well, add bread crumbs, coriander leaves and oil, mix it well. Turn into thin kebabs. Take a pan and spread oil. Fry the kebabs as shown in the picture. Fry from both sides until golden brown. After that, cover for 5 minutes. Add butter, bell pepper, green chili, onion, salt and chaat masala on top and stir fry. Mix together and cover for 2 minutes. Turn the flame off. Dish it out and garnish with onion rings and lemon slices. Serve with green chutney, cucumber slices and onion rings. Your Juicy Kebab with veg will be ready!!!

Mutton: 1/2 kg
Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Tomatoes (without skin) : 3
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Green chilies (sliced): 3
Coriander leaves: 3 tbsp
Butter: 3 tbsp
Oil: 1/2 cup
• Method
Heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for 30 seconds and add mutton. Fry for 3 - 4 minutes until it changes its color. Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces or chop them and add along with black pepper, salt and green chilies. Mix well and add 4 cups of water. Cover and cook for at least 20 minutes. Note that these timings are for a pressure cooker. After 20 minutes, fry until the water has dried completely. Add butter and add 1/4 of the black pepper powder. Fry for 1 - 2 minutes and add coriander leaves. Mix and dish it out. Garnish with coriander leaves. Your Peshawari Namkeen Gosht will be ready!!!😋🥘

• Method
*Marination
Take a bowl and add beef, yogurt, chili powder, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, black salt and garam masala, mix it well and cover, rest for 2 hrs. Taka a pan, Heat oil and add onion , sauté for a few seconds, add ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for 30 seconds and add marinated gosht. Fry for 5 minutes until it changes its color. Add a little water and fry. Now add, crushed black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves roasted crushed Cumin and coriander, black pepper, tomato slices, ginger, coriander leaves, green chili. Mix well and add 4 cups of water. Cover and cook for at least 20 minutes in the pressure cooker or 2 hrs without cooker. After 20 minutes, fry until the water has dried completely. Garnish with coriander leaves, julienne ginger and red chili . Your Balti Gosht Gosht will be ready!!!😋🥘

Mutton: ½ kg
Tomato (without skin): 4
Green chillies (slit): 4
Salt to taste
Black pepper: ½ tsp

Heat oil and fry the mutton. When the colour changes, add salt and fry. When the water dries, add ginger-garlic paste and fry. Add 3 glasses of water and cover and cook till the mutton is tender. When it does, dry the water. Add tomatoes and keep frying till a paste forms. Add black pepper and mix. Add green chillies and cover and cook for 2 minutes. Beef chops: 1 kg
Onion (sliced): 2
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Tomato (roughly chopped): 2 - 3
Salt to taste

Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tbsp

Green chili: 5 - 6

Julienne ginger
Cream (optional): 3 tbsp
Oil: 3/4 cup
• Method
Heat 4 tbsp oil and fry the beef chops. When their colour changes and the water dries, add onions, ginger garlic paste, and tomatoes. Mix and add salt. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes and add 4 cups of water. Cover and cook for 20 minutes in a pressure cooker. After 20 minutes when the chops are tender. Add oil and fry, dry the excess water. Add chili powder, coriander powder, paprika powder, turmeric, garam masala, and black pepper powder. Fry well until the oil separates, add water and fry again. Add green chilies and fry. Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves and julienne ginger. Mix and cover for 2 minutes and then dish it out. Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon, green chilies and julienne ginger. Take mango slices and brush honey over it. Take a grilling pan and add 1 tsp butter to it. When the butter melts, grill the mango slices and place cuts. Now scoop out ice cream and add some fried coconut powder over it. Keep these in a plate and sprinkle some chilli flakes over the plate. Your Grilled Mango with Ice Cream will be ready!😋🥭

*Dough
Mix all the ingredients into the flour and knead for 20-25 minutes. Make sure the dough is neither too thick nor too thin. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
*Filling
Add all the ingredients to the chicken and add it to the chopper.
*1)Chutney
Blanche tomatoes and red chili. Remove the tomato skins and blend everything.

Boil if for 5 minutes, 1 glass of water, tomato and Thai red chili , peel the tomato skin, and cut the tomatoes and blend it. Take a and add oil, ginger garlic, fry for 30 seconds. Now add soy sauce, puree, vinegar, salt and sugar, cook for 2 minutes or until the oil separates.
*MOMO'S Shapes
Shape into circles and add the chicken filling. Shape it as you like or according to the pictures.
*Steamer
Brush some oil on the net and keep the momo's. Steam for 10-15 minutes and flip.
Dish it out and garnish with sauce. Your Chicken MOMO'S will be ready!!!

Taka a pan and add marinade chicken. Cover and cook until the chicken tenders. Take another pan, heat oil and add cardamoms, black pepper, cinnamon, and green chilies. Mix well. Now add onions and cook until golden brown. Then add the cooked chicken and mix well. Add milk and mix well, chopped green chilies and fresh coriander. Mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Dish it out and garnish with coriander leaves, green chili and cream. Your Chicken Malai will be ready!!! 😋👌

Chicken small cubes: 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Egg: 1
Cornflour: 1 cup or as required
Oil: for deep frying
*Gravy
Chicken stock or water: 2 cup
Cornflour: 3 tbsp+ water: 1/2 cup,mix together
Garlic chopped: 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped: 1 tbsp
Green chili chopped: 1 tbsp
Green onion (white part) chopped: 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Oil: 3 tbsp
•Method
*For Fried Chicken
Marinade boneless chicken cubes with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar and egg for about 30 min or 1 hr.
After 1 hr of marination dip each chicken piece into the cornflour and deep fry till cooked and set aside.
*For the Chinese Gravy
Heat oil in a pan. Add grated ginger, garlic and green chilies. Once they turn light golden, add spring onion and saute well. Add chicken stock, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and slowly add the cornflour mixture. Lower the heat and once the gravy starts to thicken add the fried chicken pieces and stir well.
Continue cooking on low heat for 2 minutes and check the seasoning again and adjust if needed. Turn the flame off. Dish it out and garnish with green spring onion chopped. Serve hot with fried rice or noodles. Your Chicken Chinese Gravy will be ready!!! 👌😋

•Methof
Taka pressure cooker, Add meat, garlic cloves, black pepper, and salt. Add water to cover the meat. Cover and cook for 2 0 minutes. After 20 minutes, the meat over medium heat until the water dries up and the meat is tender. Add more water if needed. When the meat is tender and the water is almost dry, add oil and fry until the meat is golden brown. Then Add lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger to the fried meat and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Turn the flame off. Dish it out and garnish with coriander leaves, green chili, julienne ginger. Your Namkeen Gosht will be ready!!! 👌

Yogurt: ½ cup
Julienne ginger: 1 piece
Lemon: as per requirement
Paprika powder: 1 tbsp
Chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Garam masala: ½ tsp
Black pepper: ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil: ½ cup
• Method
Heat oil and add mutton. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry. When the water dries, add star anise, black cardamom, and bay leaf. Now, add tomatoes and salt. Mix and and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Add fried onion and green chilli. Mix and add 2 glass water. Cover and cook till the mutton is tender. When it is tender, fry till the oil separates. After that, add all the spices and fry well. Add water and fry. Next, add yogurt and mix. Add half of the julienne ginger and cook. Keep as much gravy as you want and turn the flame off when the oil separates. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix. Dish it out and garnish with julienne ginger, green chili and lemon slices. Your Dhaba Style Mutton Gosht will be ready!!!😋🥘

Heat oil and add whole spices and fry for 1 minute. Add marinated mutton and fry for 10 minutes on high flame. When the oil separates, Add onion slice and add 4 glasses of water. Cover and Cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Now mutton is tender, fry the cooked mutton on high flame. Then add prepared paste, mix well, cook for 2 minutes. When the oil separates, add kewra water. Cover and Cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes turn the flame off. Dish it out and garnish with coriander leaves. Your kadhao Mutton will be ready!!!😋🍲

Rice: 1/2 kg

Cinnamon stick: 2-3

Black pepper: 10 - 12
Cloves: 5-6
Green cardamom: 3-4
Ginger Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Yogurt : 3 tbsp
Chicken powder: 1tbsp
Green chilli: 5-7
Mint leaves: 1/2 bunch
Coriander leaves: 1/2 bunch

Method;
Take beef, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, garlic and add 4 - 5 glasses water and cook for atleast 20 minutes. Now, take out the beef and discard the other ingredients, just keep the stock. Take the other onion, slice and fry. Add all the spices to it. Add cumin seeds as well. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Add salt and mix. then add beef, fry until the oil separates, then add yougurt sauté then coarsly grind mint,coriander and green chilli in a chopper add to pan cook till oil separates then pour in the strained beef stock and chicken powder adjust the salt. When it comes to a boil, add the rice and mix. Cover and cook on medium flame. When the water evaporates, place a preheated disc pan under your pan and cook on low flame on 10 - 12 minutes. Your Beef Yakhni Pulao will be ready!!!🍗🍚

* Method
Heat oil and fry the onions till golden-brown. Add tomato and turmeric and fry for 2 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt and chili powder. Add water and fry until the oil separates. Add the chicken liver and cook for at least 5 minutes. When it’s color changes, add yogurt and garam masala. Mix and cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Add green chilies and coriander leaves. Cover for 2 minutes and dish it out. Garnish with green chilies, lemon and coriander leaves. Your Kaleji Do Pyaza will be ready!!!😋🥘

Flour: 1 cup
Cornflour: 2 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Milk: 1/4 cup or

•Enchiladas Sauce
Tomato blanche: 3
Onion chopped: 1/2
Salt: to taste
Garlic chopped: 1 tsp
Ketchup: 2 tbsp
Hot sauce: 2 tbsp
Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder: 1/2 tsp
Vinegar: 1/2 tbsp
Soy sauce: 1/2 tbsp
Rosemary: 1 pinch
Oil: 2 tbsp
•Topping
Pizza cheese: 100gm
• Method
*Chicken
Take a pan and add water, chicken, coriander leaves, vinegar, salt, garlic and green chili, cook until the chicken tenders. Now shredded the chicken. Take a pan and heat oil and add onion, sauté for an one minute. Now add shredded chicken, capsicum, fry for 1 minute. Then add sweet corn, mashroom, olives, fry for a minute, add spices or Cajun spice, fry for few seconds. Turn the flame off.
*Enchiladas Sauce
Take a pan and heat oil and add onion, sauté for 3 minutes, add garlic, fry. Add tomato, cook for 2 minutes and add water, cook for 5 minutes. Then, add all the ingredients and mix. Cover it and cook it. After that, blend the mixture and your sauce is ready!
*Tortilla
Flour and all ingredients mix. Then, knead using water. Then make smaller doughs from that dough and shape them into a tortilla. Toast it from both the sides and your tortillas are ready!
*Final preparation
Now, for the final enchiladas, place some chicken, sauce, pizza cheese in the center of the tortilla and roll. place the enchiladas in the baking dish. Spread the sauce all over a dish and sprinkle some cheese all over the top. Bake it at 220° for 5 minutes and your enchiladas are ready!!! 👌😋
