HOMAGE to the birthplace of gin/ genever - dutch doctor Franziskus de la Boe invented gin in the 17th century as medicine. ZUIDAM DUTCH COURAGE is an opulent gin with fresh citrus, earthy and spicy juniper berries, wonderfully harmonious, silky with a hint of vanilla. One of the gin WE MAKE VISIBLE in our aromage shop- have a look:
MY DREAMâŠand REALITYâŠ.need to sell more aromage pictures:-)
Wine tasting with winemaker STEFAN MEYER from Roth in der Pfalz, Germany. Exploring the people and stories behind the wine and exchange on the tastings is the deepest possible wine experience . A true aromage wine friend. đ·
Toscana = SANGIOVESE = ruby red, full bouquet of ripe CHERRY & berries, well blended with SPICY notes that give class and COMPLEXITY. FULL BODIED, well BALANCED and vibrant on the palate, well rounded TANNINS and DEPTH. A good wine inspires not only nose and palate but the whole soul. And this is a very good TUSCAN! Worth for aromage. đ·
RIOJA = TEMPRANILLO, in this case ALTANZA: After a powerful and intense start, the Altanza shows silky soft tannins on the palate. Dark cherries, raspberries and forest fruit jelly give him a delicate taste. Wooden spice from the barrique and a long, harmoniously structured aftertaste. Simply aromage!
Tuscany, the epitome of wine and "La dolce vitaâ - everybody knows Chianti and Sangiovese, but Tuscany is also famous to one of the best Merlot and Vermentino. Have a look how they taste and find out more: đ· đ·
Greatest wine moment 2022: wine tasting at ChĂąteau Mont-Redon in ChĂąteauneuf du Pape. đ·
Once upon a timeâŠin London the most popular gin type has been created: London Dry Gin. Protected by law with its juniper focused , strict natural botanicals and distillation process. Adding blue color âŠstill London Gin but not London Dry Gin⊠anyhow, itâs worth to taste it!
Slovenian surprise: a super refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with all typical SB aromas of gooseberries, lemon, peach, green fresh grass - reminds a bit of New Zealandâ SB but less dominant, more complex. Definitely an aromage recommendation!
BRIOCHE, butter, toast, peach and lemon- these are the core aromas of the classical Moët champagne..and some more as you can see on the aromage picture.
KLEVENER de Heiligenstein: the most MYSTERIOUS Alsacian grape and one of the tastiest. Comes from OLD vines, is harvested late and is concentrated and a bit sweet. Not a GEWĂRZTRAMINER, but close. What a aroma!
All you need is ⊠GIN! Happy weekend!
I love to taste 2 similar wines in comparison, this time Chardonnay Reserva from South-Tirol against South Africa. You taste the same grape, oak and creaminess, but the complexity was quite different as well the fruitiness. There was no bad or good guy, just different and a favorite one. Do you experience the same?
Rocky grounds actually more stones than humus - home of one of the best wines in the world: CHĂTEAUNEUF DU PAPE! The large pebble stones, also called "galets roulĂ©s", improve the quality of the vine and grapes by storing heat during the day and retaining water.
DEGUSTATION. What a magic word. So EXCITING when the winery doors open - how is the atmosphere, how does the wine taste, who are the people behind the winesâŠI love this exploration and getting in contact with wine people. I LOVE WINE!
GrĂŒner Veltliner: not comparable to any other grape variety and a wonderful accompaniment to food. Still almost exclusively from Austria, but trials are being carried out in many countries. In between we taste another bottle of BrĂŒndlmayer. Prost!
THE DUKE dry gin from MUNICH, impressed by this Handcrafted Small Batch dry gin from my hometown- so I created an aromage image for eternity. Hopfen und Malz - Gott erhalts, PROST.
MORE GIN: MOOR GIN! Just juniper! Local gin from a moor closeby Munich. Pure a special one, but with botanical tonic water quite refreshing!
BACK TO THE ROOTS: 25/30 years ago, it was HENDRICKâS New Western Style Gin, who brought back gin to the world stage of drinks. Always a bit special, Scottish Gins incorporate the uniqueness of the county and flavor diversity. Itâs all about aromas. Itâs AROMAGE! Gin-gin!
CEVICHE. From Peru into the world . So yummy! I would recommend Riesling or Pinot Grigio as best wine pairing: both have a sweetness that marries well with ceviche.
WINE IS ART. Not only when you taste the aroma of AALTO PS or VON WINNING. But also when you capture this experience and put it on your wall. AROMAGE: MAKE. WINE. VISIBLE.
ENJOYING WINE! CĂŽte dâAzure as it best! CĂŽte du Rhone at 18 degrees while it is 30 degrees outside- I am in heaven! # CĂŽte du RhĂŽne
CAN YOU TASTE THE PICTURE? Provence = Rosé = intense aromas of citrus, strawberries, raspberries and scent notes of pepper, white flowers and thyme.
EVERY BOTANICAL MATTERS! One of my favorite Mediterranean gins: GIN MARE with rosemary from Greece, basil from Italy, thyme from Turkey and Arbequina olives from Spain.
La fĂȘte du vin dâObernai! Wine tasting, meeting wine friends and enjoy the historical centre. Savior vivre!
PASSION & PRECISION. The ideas for new aromage images for wine / gin or rum first arise on the tongue and palate. Followed by weeks of compositions spinning around in the head and the hunt for weird aromas like coca leaf, fynbos flowers or cassis in winter times. Re-designs over and over again, pairing with food, testing different glasses, diverse settings - until a new aromage image is born.
SAVOIR VIVRE! Noix de Grenoble- so delicious appetizer! Paired with a light vin de Savoie, in this case a Viognier . Astonishing view from the terrace of the Fort de la Bastille. Inspiration for new aromage creations.
MAKE. RUM. VISIBLE. Ophyum 23 years, Grand Premiere Rhum from Dominican Republic: CARAMEl! And hints of smoke and spice as well as oak and vanila, some fruit peel aromas. Not found every aroma on the pic? Go deeper at our aromage.shop website.
