My daughter and I wereย down withย flu, and I hadย not practiced Yoga for about 20 days. However, I was pleasantlyย surprised to find out how easily I could still do all the Yoga poses after this long break.ย 
Sometimes taking a break to allow the body to heal,ย helps a lot.
