That Yoga Bloke

From this Thursday, 18th April, I'll be offering my yoga sessions from Open Space Studios CIC in Oswestry, 8 - 9 pm.

I'm really looking forward to moving over to this venue and hope to see you on the mat there! If you'd like to join us then please let me know. 6 lesson block for £42.

These classes are suitable for all, a friendly and supportive class, taking each yoga position to your own level, compassionately and non competitively.
