Life has been busy for me the past few months, and I’ve slowed baking down a lot as you may have noticed.

Luey and I have recently bought our first house and I’ve made the decision to stop baking and enjoy this time together making memories in our new home. I’m not going to say never, but for now I want to make the most of my free time and stop the constant working so I will be closing Em’s Bakes for the time being.

It’s been an absolutely amazing experience and I’ve learnt so much the past few years but now I want to take baking a step back to my leisurely hobby again, rather than my work, on top of a full time job.

I know that I won’t be able to stop baking completely, and I seriously can’t wait to bake in my very own kitchen(!!) so I will keep this account open and post any cakes and bakes I make for friends and family, but I will not be taking on any new orders.

• I am now fully booked for March, apart from space for a few extra small orders Mother’s Day weekend.

• I don’t have any space in April at all - Really sorry I’m not offering Easter this year as I have plans that weekend which doesn’t leave me enough time I’m afraid!

• I then don’t have availability until mid May - 14th onwards!
