1️⃣ Acknowledge Those Feels: Remind yourself that it's okay to feel the whole spectrum—frustrated, sad, or a bit anxious. Healing starts with accepting those emotions.
2️⃣ Squad Support: Now is the time to lean on your loved ones—family, friends, teammates. Emotional backup is crucial.
3️⃣ Goals and Growth: Celebrate every win, big or small. Recovery isn't an easy process! ALL injury milestones deserve recognition.

🧠 Mental Recovery: Your brain needs downtime to process and recover, just like your muscles. Rest helps you stay sharp and focused.
