I am obviously disgusted with how the debate process has been corrupted, but I am far more concerned about Joe Biden and the Democrats staying in power and continuing to destroy our country which is why I am calling for Ronna Romney McDaniel’s immediate resignation as RNC Chair. She is incapable of winning, she is incapable of leading and she will cost us elections up and down the ballot in 2024.
Ronna may be the longest serving chair in RNC history, but she is also going down as the most unsuccessful and corrupt Chair in the history of the Republican Party.
Republicans were decimated in 2018, she allowed Joe Biden to take the White House in 2020 and had the least successful midterm with a Democrat President in the history of the RNC. Now, she has corrupted and botched the debate process by attempting to hand-pick the 2024 GOP nominee with her elitist Washington D.C. buddies. This corruption and incompetence must come to an end or we will lose in 2024.
I encourage other Republicans to stand up and help the grassroots of the GOP take this Party back.

Another campaign highlight was sitting down with America's Mayor, Rudy W. Giuliani for a chat. Rudy and I share a love for this nation, and know that this country is the greatest the world has ever known. With my Plan, I intend to keep it that way!
I've met some incredible people on the campaign trail. On one trip to Iowa, I met a man who prayed over me and my family. Jesus Christ is a huge part of my life, and I was touched by this gesture! With faith in God, anything is possible.
Some of you still might be wondering who I am. Well, I'm a guy who brought quality and efficiency to the auto industry and I now want to bring it to the federal government, too. I love this country dearly and I believe that in America, anything is possible!
I am the outsider of outsiders. That's exactly why DC politicians don't want me in this race! They don't want someone like me, who has a plan to take away their money & power. But I think it's time someone holds them accountable for reckless spending. Don't you?

Did you know I beat Ron DeSantis in the Turning Point USA straw poll? I'm the only guy in this race with an actual plan to fix our debt and inflation crisis. Seems like young conservatives know it!
Placing #2 in Turning Point USA's Action Summit straw poll was as big of a surprise to me as to anyone! But, as I always say - in America, anything is possible. And with a winning message, like my Plan, I believe that even more!
I launched my campaign fromCPAC back in March. I love this country too much to sit idly by as corrupt DC politicians spend away our children's futures. I spent my life bringing quality and efficiency to companies - why not bring that to the federal gov't?
As an optimist by nature, I believe there is a path forward to return to fiscal normalcy. I believe we can keep America the greatest country the world has ever known! And it all starts with my Plan to put an end to reckless government spending.

Johnson also announced Friday he qualified for the debate after hitting 1% in a national poll from Victory Insights and 1.8% in a NH Trafalgar Group poll.
During a press gaggle after his soapbox speech at the Iowa State Fair, he said he was set on making it to that stage.
