To the East Muskingum Community: Thank you for your faith in me. I am honored and proud to serve our District on East Muskingum School Board.

To my family, neighbors, and friends: Thank you for everything you did to help me throughout the election process. Each of you who showed public support by allowing me to place a yard sign in your yard or at your place of business is appreciated. Everyone who help place or gather up those signs - and those who help straighten them when the wind got the best of us - is appreciated. Those who helped me label, stamp, and stuff mailers are appreciated. Everyone who gave me encouraging words throughout the campaign and election day is appreciated. Those who helped me talk through how to best share my ideas are appreciated. Each person who wore my campaign shirts is appreciated.

To the other candidates: Thank you for caring so much about the children of our District to run for office. Your willingness to serve is respected and appreciated.

In short, I am humbled and grateful beyond words.

Muskingum University’s Orbit Media and The John & Annie Glenn Public Affairs Fellows Program are hosting “Community Orbit.”

This event is a forum for the candidates seeking election for East Muskingum School Board and New Concord Mayor. You may submit questions through Orbit’s website (link below) to be asked of a specific candidate or for the group. Questions must be submitted by Wednesday.

The event will be recorded on Thursday evening, and played on Orbit TV, WMCO, and YouTube beginning Friday.
