Egyptian Bachamel Pasta
Our Iftar last night. Thought of taking a short video while i was preparing it.
Ingredients:
Penne Pasta 500grams
1/2 kilo ground beef
Onion
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Cu**in
Tomato paste
Green pepper
Tomato
Bachamel powder
Milk
Procedure:
Saute' ground beef and onion, add salt,pepper, cummina and paprika let it simmer. Add tomato bits,chopped green pepper and tomato paste and let it simmer for a few minutes then set aside.
Cook your penne pasta and set aside
White sauce:
I just bought bachamel powder, mix bachamel powder to cold milk stir well and place it in the cooker in medium heat while stirring continuously untill it thickens. Stirring it will help the white sauce to thicken more.
Layer pasta and white sauce then add the beef, and repeat layering again. Place it in the oven until the top turns brown. And Enjoy your bachamel Pasta.

As i count every night, i feel i only have 30 years left to witness how both of you will grow beautifully.
I always have this small conversation in my head that 10 years from now Chloe will be 18 and Yassmina will be 12, me and my husband will be on our 40's. And we will surely miss those days where you are both so cute at walang ibang gusto kundi si mommy and papa lang.

Hi! My first Mini Vlog.
A day in a life of a Filipina full time mom living here in Egypt.
Introducing to you my humble family, my two little girls Yassmina and Chloe are always helping me at home doing house chores. Be it small or big task, as a Filipina mom we love to teach our kids simple home task/responsibilities such as folding the clothes, washing dishes, vacuuming the carpet, arranging their bed and the list goes on. By doing this, it will teach them how to be responsible and it will give them the understanding that inside the house each members are a TEAM and should work together to maintain the cleanliness of the home.
