My parents were always so accommodating and made something happen for us. I remember my mom talking up what it would be like to stay home with her for work and while laundry and paying the bills wasn't any kind of fun, we got to watch daytime tv while we folded and had a really fun lunch.

We live in the county with NO recycling so we have to take matters into our own hands. We compost and burn so that we can do our part to lessen our footprint.

Today is an Australian holiday My husband and his family are Australian. This day feels more memorable because this year we lost my father-in-law, my husband lost his dad, my children lost their grandfather. We are still deeply mourning the loss of this beloved man.

A man who served in the military, loved God and country, the most patriotic person I know! A day like today is a great day to honor and remember him. And honor and remember all those that have gone on before us to gift us our freedoms.

One of my favorite nature hikes! Truly a time of being with the earth.

Passover Meal brought me to tears again. Doing something so symbolic and meaningful with my children, something memorable and impactful, makes my heart so full! I hope you all had a lovely Easter week and created sweet memories with your loved ones. 💜 💜💜
