You have the wisdom and skill to deal with sensitive and difficult issues.

To always remember that your words are powerful and can either be a weapon of destruction or a tool of relief.

To always consider how your words impact situations and weigh them carefully before you speak.

To always choose peace and peaceful resolutions.

You will learn to be silent if your opinion would make a situation worse.

Your words will be soothing and truthful.
Your words will uplift and give life.

The Lord has fill you with wisdom and tact to deal with your life and daily affairs.

In the name of Jesus you are a Blessed peacemaker: for you are a child of God.

So yesterday after my rant, I felt better and decided to confront the vulcanizer.

I saw him this morning and I told him I wanted to see him, so he came to my house.

I took out my phone and from my chat with the tyre seller, I showed him the pictures of my tyres and what I paid for them.

I also showed him where they gave me assurance that the tyres will not get worn or spoilt except maybe if it’s pierced by a nail.
But based on my regular routines, I was good to go.

I told him that all my tyres were bought at the same time and it’s weird that he will say that one of them is worn out but not all.
It seemed fishy and I was not buying it.

He started saying …
“Madam I no fit lie give you..”

But I cut him off.

“Oga, see as I gave you my own evidence and explanations. I can call my tyre guys to come or to confirm everything I just told you.

Now I want you to share your own evidence too.
Prove to me that my tyres were damaged beyond repair and that the only solution was to replace them.”

He started stammering…
“Madam I .. I…
That tyre don spoil o“

I shook my head.

“Oga you are not giving me what I want o.
It’s either you bring the tyre and show me where it spoilt, or you explain how come it’s only one out of four tyres that is worn out.”

He squeezed his face and while I was still wondering whether he wanted to get angry or start shouting, he started crying.

Like for real this man started crying saying that he doesn’t know why I think he is lying.
He cannot lie because ‘my oga’ was good to him and he respected him so much.

As he cried and crewd, I walked to my gate and locked it. Then I walked into my house saying to him…
“Oga when you are done crying, call me and tender your evidence.”

He must have been surprised because I closed my entrance door and went inside, leaving him and my dog ‘Winter’ outside in the compound.

Then he started knocking…

“Madam make I tell you true, honestly that tyre e no good. I no fit lie ma

I opened the door, picked up my phone and started scanning numbers and I called one of my friends.

“Please tell your husband to come with them. The man is in my house and I have locked the gate.

Fortunately, my friend did not display any form of confusion because I did not plan with her to call anybody.
She just played along thankfully.

And it worked.

Oga Vulcanizer must have realized that I meant business because he knelt and started confessing (hopefully it’s the truth).

He said someone was disturbing him for a work he did and they seized his machine so he needed money to bail it.
That was why he sold my tyre to make the money he needed.

He then went on to say that I should please forgive him and that he will make sure he gets me another tyre before the month ends.

Even though I knew he had scammed me, hearing him admit it really hurt me badly.
But now I know I wasn’t being paranoid, and he knows I am not playing with him.

I didn’t know what to do to him again because I just wanted to move on and enjoy my peace.
But I told him I’m giving him till Friday to return my tyres else I too will come for his machine.

Even though I know it will be difficult and stressful to get back my tyres (that is if I get it) I’m glad I didn’t let it slide.

Thank you my people for giving me the morale to take it up.
As they say: ‘Evil thrives when good people do nothing.’
At least not on my watch. Not today.

You have constant good health.

Health is wealth and when any part of your body is sick, it affects your life, finances, emotions and appetite.

From the crown of your head to the soles of your feet are sanctified.
Your internal organs, bones, skin and sense organs are in perfect health.

Nothing ails you.

You think clearly.
You eat well.

You are whole and you are enjoying good health and long life all the days of your life.

Good morning my people.
I want to rant.

Lately, I have been having a persistent tyre issue.
It started when I heard a loud knock at my gate.
I couldn't imagine who could be there as I wasn't expecting anyone.

Reluctantly I went to check, and I was my former vulcanizer there.
I opened the gate and asked what he wanted and he said...
"Madam no vex o, I see as you dey pass this morning to drop children and that your front tyre e be like e no good. I wan check am."

Before I could decide whether I wanted him in or not he walked in and went to check my tyre.

"Ehen madam come see. The tyre no good.
Ahhh! God no go gree make I see this kain thing and I no go tell you.
See am na."

I looked at what he was showing me but I couldn't see anything.
"What am I supposed to see?" I asked.

He pointed, then said, "See this place don dey weak. Shey, when you dey drive you no dey feel say your hand dey shake?"

I shook my head. "My hand doesn't shake"
He smiled and then said.
"Madam you know say I no go lie for you.
Me I take you as my person because of wetin oga do for me. Ah, oga..."
Then he proceeded to start a series of cries to mourn 'oga.'
Gosh, so dramatic.

He insisted that he was not lying, that I am not someone he can scam because 'Oga was good to him'. He then started swearing and eventually, against my better judgement, I agreed that he should go fix it.

He came back an hour later saying he had to take a bike to one place, two places because my tyres were big and eventually he found it.
I looked at the tyres he brought and instantly I knew they weren't mine.
"Oga don't tell me you changed my tyres!!"

"Yes na madam, that your tyre no good and I no wan make anything happen when you dey drive."

I was not happy. I didn't think that he planned to change my tyres, else ill have contacted the tyre seller my dad recommended. I had a bad feeling about this and even now, I wish I had insisted that he return the tyres.

A few days after that change, I needed to go out but I noticed my tyres were completely flat. I managed to change it and when I told him that the tyre he bought for me was already flat, he said he would come and check.
I took the tyre to the tyre seller and they confirmed that the so-called new tyres are bad.

I have pumped his tyre every day for the past week. It's not even healthy at all.
I just wasted money and it's really paining me a lot.
I believe he capitalized on my ignorance. But I have learnt my lesson.

Henceforth nothing is off limits for me to learn.
I'll become an encyclopedia, and nobody is coming to fix anything that I don't understand how it works.
This one pain o, but i don wise up finally.

Still, I thank God in all things.

As you pray tonight
Pray for the strength to keep going.

To have the strength to stick to God’s plan and leading.

God’s Grace is sufficient and He is helping you.
Therefore..
When it looks like your effort is not yielding much results.
And makes sense to quit and count your losses.

When you are tired and can’t see any light or even any tunnel.
And the fear of failure is stronger than your passion.

When you are tired of being optimistic.
And everyone thinks you are wasting your time.

God will help you stick to his plan so that you won’t miss out on His blessing.
It won't be difficult to hold on and have faith in God's process,
He will help you to stay strong

You won't miss out.
In Jesus name, You won’t wait in vain.

Pray for your mental health.

For your emotional, psychological and social well-being.

Ask for a sound mind.
For calmness and peace of mind.

Ask God to help you deal with anxiety and stress.
And for the strength to keep going.

Ask him to help you flee from people, situations and environments that negatively affect your well-being.

You have overcome depression.
You have a healthy appetite and enjoy good sound rest.

Your life is beautiful and you will enjoy its beauty.

God is protecting your circle.

Your circle will be made up of people who are kind and godly. People who will inspire you to keep being kind and godly.

It’s not easy to see everyone else testifying and enjoying success while your case seems stagnant.

The temptation to give up and quit trying might come, but God is helping you to hold on.

He will help you stop second guessing your purpose and His promises.

He will give you a lifeline… Hope.
To ease your burden

So Don’t quit!
God’s word will not fail. He does not fail.
