This one is very special to me! When I first got my license these clients reached out to me. They were friends of my husbands from high school. I was full disclosure with them that I was still new and the market was crazy. Homes were flying off the market before we could even see them. They still took a chance with me and we won the battle for this beautiful home!

Hey friends! Recently I got these two listings under contract and I want to tell you a little bit about them.

These are homes from my investor clients. They are a couple who have been in the business for 20+ years. I met them a little over a year ago because an agent wasn’t comfortable in working with investors yet. We all know where our skills are at and when we will be able to provide the best service we can. I was still relatively new in the business and trying to find what type of sales I was good at.

Since then I have gotten multiple listings from these clients, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge, and created life long friendships. They’ve even sent me referrals! Which is a big deal!

I am not successful in this business without getting out of my comfort zone and taking things on. Nor would I be successful without the referrals that are sent my way from anyone I know!
