I am overwhelmed to share my latest achievement of becoming an International Certified Yoga Therapist. All the long hours of training and learning has finally paid off. It's a huge thing for me as I always dreamt of elevating my experience we humans have with mind, body and soul.
The dream didnt come to me through any external influence but it is my own experience that I decided to dig deeper into the "HOW" factor of human's physical and mental behavior. As a teenger my body become a target of many irreversible diseases such as a Breast tumour, PCOS, PCOD, galactoria and urethrotomy surgery. These issues didnt only affect my body but also my mind as I went through a long phase of depression.
Being a victim of multiple medical surgeries took a toll on my all round health and hoping to see a light at the end of the tunnel became an impossible phenomenon for me as even the doctors seemed to have given up hopes and told me that I didn't have the chances of long survival.
It became an incredibly challenging situation as for me hoping to stay alive had no chances, atleast that's what I felt during my medical phase.
Since, any kind of medical treatment didn't improve my condition I researched to heal myself through non-conventional ways of treating myself. I turned to Yoga. I put all my faith into healing myself internally, to get to the root of the problem and destroy the very causes. Then on, the yogic route not only proved to be effective but transforming. The ray of light started shining brighter than ever and my life launched onto a new lifestyle and better mindfullness.I am now inspired, more than ever to serve people who're dealing with issues same as mine.
So, I extend my deepest gratitude to BODHI for making this dream of mine come true in its truest sense.
I'd like to extend my heartiest, biggest THANK YOU to my guardian angels who invested their knowledge, time and energy into my dream. And they're
Ashok Sir, Prarthana Ma'am, Archana Ma'am.Last but not the least my entire family and my crew at Decathlon who have supported my me throughout my Yoga journey.

One thing that I’ve realised in the last 2-3 years is that..to..me… achieving my goals and constantly growing is important but more than that, more than money, stature and all bonuses that come along one’s journey to success…evolving into a good human being holds higher value.
I know people say this too often.
But no matter what, protect your core. Protect your values and morals.
Protect your self respect and worth.
Build yourself into a beautiful person.
Success is not permanent.
Failure is not permanent.
For me… the day I stop evolving as a human, the day I stop growing into a better person…the day I stop working on being kinder and empathetic…that’s the day I’ll be disappointed in myself.🌻✨🌙🧡🧡🤍🧡🤍

What does “SHAKTI” actually mean?

Shakti is the hindu goddess responsible for creation and all dynamic forces in the universe. Shakti can also be an agent of change, often manifested to destroy demonic forces and restore balance.

Goddess Shakti represents power and creativity in yourselves and the universe. Shakti takes takes many forms and names, including mother goddess, fierce warrior, and dark goddess of destruction.

Shakti energy is seen as the ‘Divine Feminine’ that is a part of EVERY living being. Traditionally divine feminine energy has no beginning or end - it is in constant play!

Shakti is also known as Parvati, Durga, and Kali, she’s an archetype who you can call upon for strength, fertility, and power.

🧘‍♀️You might identify with her as a powerful female figure or call on her to:

I've been waiting on the edge of my seat for this moment and I'm ecstatic to announce that I am an Internationally Certified Yoga Trainer.
This certificate is a catalyst towards making my dreams come true. As a certified instructor, I can professionally inspire, lift and guide people towards a spiritual path, by practicing yoga to be the best versions of themselves.

I offer my endless gratitude to my first gurus i.e. The Bodhi Team... Ashok sir, Swetang sir, Aradhana Ma'am, Vavya ma'am for helping me learn the ins and outs of various Yogic Practices. Especially and most importantly... Chandni ma'am, many a thanks for being a fantastic teacher; you always lifted my spirits with your positive energy and shared your boundless knowledge.

During my training, which lasted for 2 months, not only did I learn asanas, pranayama and the art of meditation but I also found myself and learned numerous life lessons.

Decathlon, my second home, sparked a lot of changes in my life with its dynamic work culture.
My heartfelt appreciation for my leaders... , my backbone and .milankotiyl , my coach who quickly became my brother. All thanks to Decathlon ETA... hardwired into my being are the ethics of vitality, responsibility, aunthenicty and generocity.

Last but not the least, lots of love to my family and friends ex colleagues and well wishers. I appreciate all the support from the bottom of my heart.

"OM PURNAMADAH PURNAMIDAM
PURNAT PURNAMUDACHYATE
PURNASYA PURNAMADAYA
PURNAMEVAVASHISHYATE.(Sanskrit sloka)

You are fullness. There is fullness, here is fullness. From the fullness, the fullness is born. Remove the fullness from the fullness & the fullness alone remains.
The meaning of this ancient vedic mantra is that the whole creation constitutes one whole unit. each and every particle, non living and living represents the same whole unit. There is no place where this whole is not present. This whole produces itself in its own image. Removing every entity from this unite has no affect on it because that which remains represents the same whole.

Hello everyone!

"HAPPY INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY"

Im so thrilled to share that on this special day... International Yoga Day, I will be pursuing a course to attain my International Yoga Certification.

My Yoga journey of 8 years has undoubtedly been a roller coaster ride where practicing aasanas became a daily routine. I tried my best to stay consistent and disciplined but also forgave myself when I missed a few days to take a breather. Some breaks were longer than others as I suffered through a myriad of health issues and underwent numerous surgical procedures. Due to which, I found myself back at square one where my body which was still recuperating from the treatments, couldn't move the way it did before. The simplest of movements were challenging for my recovering body. I did not let this ordeal weaken my spirits because one doesn't need to be an athlete to practice yoga. Whilst working on my goal to be reacquainted with the aasanas, I progressed slowly but surely by taking my own sweet time to bounce back to my previous form.

Im eagerly looking forward to becoming a Certified Yoga Trainer because it will enable me to help and guide others on their journey to become a Yogi.
