Summer camps and workshops have been a much anticipated event and a great part of a Blessed Child’s summer tradition. However, due to the recent pandemic, we were forced to resort to online workshops for a long time. Now that time allows us to conduct such, we take this opportunity to boost the summer spirit of the Blessed Children Community of Sox in partnership with Youth and Students for Peace through a face-to-face Hyo Jeong Summer Workshop 2022 which will be held on July 14 - 17, 2022 in the FFWPU Training Center, Lagao, Gen. Santos City🌻✨

This “One Piece” themed workshop is packed with various exciting and fun activities, games and lecture presentations on Identity, Leadership and Life Dreams, and Importance and Value of the Blessing, to be presented by guest lecturers from National Blessed Children Community and Youth and Students for Peace Pilipinas - Misamis Occidental. Blessed children aged 12 and up are highly encouraged to join in!

Let us work together for the advancement of the Blessed Children providence in the Philippines and for the realization of the Cheon Il Guk!🌻✨

When I read this message, I realized that I sometimes not being a responsible child. I stayed in my room, resting all day, and doing nothing. And when I realized that, I didn’t make any progress at all. It feels that my responsibility is a peice of cake. I need to make progress, a one step forward in my responsibility.

Thanks to the help of TP’s message, to my family, and my church members, it gives me strength to push forward to our goal. I learned that responsibility is a blessing to our Heavely Parent, and we need to fulfill it. Make our Heavenly Parent and True Parents proud. Thank you.”

Happy monday, everyone💕

“Today, I was touched with our True Parents' word that was given by our national leader, Sir Leo Angelo Halog, about "Divine Spirit, Truth and a Church of Love." We all know that True Father started our church with few members and even has a tiny church, but why did the Unification Church expand? Truth, love, and relationships are three topics that have provoked my interest. Why do we stay despite the fact that we are experiencing a lot of difficulties? Sometimes we get persecuted, but we still stand.

Many times on the frontlines, I faced numerous challenges, but I persisted in my determination to work harder. I ask myself, why is that? And now, thanks to this morning's devotion, I've regained some strength and remembered my resolve. The reason why I am still here is because of first love (love that I received from HP, TP, my family, and all members), second relationship (here I can feel that my relationship with HP and TP was so deep and also the relationships with other members that even though we are not blood related, we care and love each other), and lastly, the Divine Principle (there are times that I want to forget everything and live a life that I want, but the Divine Principle is my conscience, which helps me also to be connected to our church).

I have learned that it is always important to always have a Divine Principle lecture in our church. We should always share our love with all our members, and build good relationships with each other so that naturally, people will continuously come. Thank you very much."

"According to Dr. Yong's Hoon dok hae topic (Why God gave commandments of "Do "and "Don’t"), we must keep the commandments of "Do" and "Don’t" given by God in our life of faith. The completion of human responsibility is ultimately to keep these two commandments well. If you follow the commandment to "Do", you can establish a relationship with God and creation through living by your original nature.

We all suffer in various ways as a result of the ongoing pandemic; we tend to prioritize and protect ourselves from our needs and desires in life. And sometimes we forget our obligations because we desire to fulfill things inside ourselves and this topic of why God gave the "Dos" and "Don'ts" commandments inspires me to keep moving forward with my mission and to complete it step-by-step, and don’t be concerned about how I will survive; my Heavenly Parents will provide. The determination to continue and consistency along the way for our beloved True Mother is not getting any younger. We must continue to march forward and assist one another."

We fill it with happiness, love, pain, sorrow, success, etc. Well, the size of our boxes doesn't matter, what really matter is what we put inside, if we decided to put negative things like hatred then our box would be very heavy making it so difficult to carry. Like in our life, if we live on full of hatred, bitterness and anger, then it would be so difficult to move on and hope for tomorrow.

"Throughout the human history, religion has become a necessity. Why is that? For me, I think it's because we are longing for love, peace, unity, goodness and happiness. We are seeking for guidance from an Almighty Invisible Being. However this is different when it comes to our Heavenly Parent, for He is the one who established religions through His chosen people. Why did He do that? It is because all this time, Heavenly Parent longed for His children to come back to Him. He lost Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden due to the Fall and His Will can't be done without human portion of responsibility. But for Him, even if it takes him thousands of years, He wants us to save us from Satan. Now when you think of it, if religions are made for us to come back to Him, then there's no need for us to fight over on which religion is better or not. Thankfully, True Parents' teachings has become our guide. They taught us that religion was never meant to fulfill our human desires but for the fulfillment of Heavenly Parent's Will. It's a sad reality that many leaders from different religions hate and persecute other religions. We need to understand and love one another, for we are all one global family."

I meditated and evaluated my situation on how can I manage my time without sacrificing my time for myself, my social life, and of course, my life of faith. I agree with the words, "the path of a good man is a life of overcoming," because if I can't overcome my trials in life right now, how would I lead my life in the future? I don't want to take a path where I easily give up.

"This phrase reminds me of what I thought in the past. When I was a child, I thought those children getting what they wanted meant their parents loved them. And of course, for me, I rarely experience those things. At some point, I got jealous and became rebellious. And those hidden feelings of resentment towards my parents got me to become an unfilial daughter. But when I grew up and reached the realizing-my-mistakes-in-the-past period, I began to realize from some people that my life was still lucky, although I didn’t get the things that I wanted. I now realize that I was taught to be grateful and content with what I was given. Through that, I will sacrifice the things that I have, even myself, to help others without asking anything in return. Selfishness can also be the outcome of resentment. That is why I need to give and give and then give again to train my heart to take care and love others, because I know that our world needs love, especially our Heavenly Parents.

True love is a love that loves and then forgets even the fact that it loves and then loves again. We can heal the world through practicing true love."

DAY 1-March 21,2021 (Sunday)

The last and the most exciting day of all. Everyone was so excited because of the adventure that they've experienced which makes them tired but satisfied.

First, they started the day with the Morning Devotion, zumba, Traveling, hiking going to the Twim falls, clean up drive, lunch break, enjoying Twin Falls, graduation ceremony and in the end writing of reflection.

The experienced was unforgettable because of the 30 minutes hiking to reached the destination. It was so tiring but it faded because of the beautiful Falls that they saw. One thing that participants learned and remained in their heart - No matter how difficulties you may encounter, always be grateful because there's a wonderful blessing in the end.

In line with this, the Tampakan area would like to express their gratitude to all the people who helped and supported this event. Though 2 days were not enough and there's a lapses but it's a wonderful memories to be treasured.

"Building Stronger Relationships as One Heavenly Community"

DAY 1-March 20,2021 (Saturday)

Pandemic brought us a lot of challenges and even boundaries towards each other. However, Heavenly Parents and True Parents gave us an opportunity to bridge the gap and met once again.

One of the area of Soccsksargen-Tampakan area conducted a youth camp to empower and to build a closer relationships as brothers and sisters especially to our God.

First, they started with the opening program, teamings/team building, a lunch break, lecture, team sharing, cooking challenge, writing of reflection and a movie marathon.

It was so fun to be with the Blessed Children and other youth in each activities. Many BC and youth longed for this kind of event to develop their physical growth as well as the spiritual growth.

Moreover, there was 14 Participants attended the camping. Due to lack of preparation, there are a few participants and some lapses. However, we're all happy to conduct this kind of event to inspire also other BC to reconnect and build more stronger relationships as one holy community.

Let's continue to make Heavenly Parents and True Parents happy. Aju! 👏💞
