This book is amazing! I'm planning a natural birth and this book is very educational, empowering, comforting, and positive. It includes great birth stories too! I highly recommend it for any woman interested in learning more about birth, regardless of what your birth plan is.

Baked sweet tater with grassfed butter, cauliflower mash, and grilled pasture raised organic boneless pork ribs......mouth literally watering typing this and I already ate! This is the hubby's plate. Tip: the right kind of fat is good for you and keeps you lean.

Zoodles, pasta sauce, bell peppers, jalapeƱos, onions, garlic, and hot sauce! Quick and easy, 1 pan. Dinner and lunch for the two of us for like 3 days. I always try to cook as big of a batch as possible of whatever I'm cooking so I don't have to cook as often. PS- I'm a messy cook.

When life gets me stressed out, I take it back to basics. A good workout, a healthy meal, and a hot bath. Chicken with wing sauce, asparagus, and sweet potatoe all covered in chimichurri sauce! Yum!

Super yummy, nutritious, simple, and easy to make salad. Greens, grilled chicken, sliced cucumbers, blueberries, avocado, salt /pep, olive oil, and balsamic. Took 30 secs to throw together this a.m. Boxed/pre-washed greens, grilled chicken (prepped on Sunday), blueberries already washed and ready to go , and cucumber already sliced.

Avocado, eggs, bacon, sour kraut, and a crap ton of hot sauce. Eat a high protein, high fat, low carb breakfast to keep that blood sugar in check. Sugary, high carb breakfasts spike the blood sugar then cause a crash making you crave carbs and sugar all day. Step away from the bagel, cereal, donut, mocha, etc. and eat some protein and good old fat! Oh, and it took 5 minutes to make, FYI.

Please read this book! It is life changing. It explains how grains, sugar, and excess carbs can cause diseases of the brain and body including ADHD, anxiety, depression, dementia, Alzheimer's, fibromyalgia, obesity, diabetes, heart disease...the list goes on. It also dispels myths about fat and cholesterol in relation to heart disease and obesity. Being a science nerd, I like how it refers to plenty of clinical data to prove the validity of his claims. Being someone myself who eliminated symptoms that doctors diagnosed as several chronic diseases by simply adopting the Paleo diet- I love this book!!!! Go to my website for my email or message me on Facebook if you want to talk about how I can help you make the transition to the diet that this book recommends.
