Avengers theme cake for 21st birthday …the flavor of the cake is gulab jamun with whipped cream frosting.

Thor’s hammer,cape ,Avengers logo ,Hulk fist is all handmade and painted.

Inside is the cardamom and saffron flavored sponge with saffron flavored whipped cream and cut gulab jamuns.Gulab jamun is a dessert made of khoya(milk solids) ,kneaded in a dough and made balls out of it ,fried and dipped in sugar syrup.
