Who’s joining us this Tuesday for an early morning Sacred Gathering? ✨

We’ll meet at 6:30am at View Point, Lake Wendouree, near the flag poles.

Please note this event is FREE to attend, however you must book your ticket via the link in my profile.

We will:

-Do some gentle movement together
-Meditate together
-Enjoy some Shamanic Drumming and Didgeridoo (Depending on how I feel on the day)
-Watch the sunrise
-Do some group OM’s together
-Come together in Community and Spirit
-Hold safe space for each other to heal, balance and ground
-Connect on a deep level (probably hugging 💛😂)
-Manifest a more loving and co-operative community

We will keep this gathering to 45 minutes to allow people to still get to work and kids to school etc.

I’m planning on running these gatherings for the next 4 weeks as a trial.

They will be a powerful way to come together, to feel supported, to be seen (fully) and connect deeply with the present moment. It’s going to be a powerful way to start your day 🔥

Are you ready to experience a beautiful Ice Bath and Cacao Event right here in Ballarat ❄️💛🌀

Date: Wednesday 22nd Feb, 9:30am - 11:30am.

Your space holders on the day will be Ash Bedford and Markeeta Hines 💛

The day will consist of:

-A beautiful Cacao Ceremony led by Markeeta
-15 minutes of Gentle Movement/Qi Gong
-Sound Healing/Drumming throughout duration of event
-Short Meditation
-Wim Hof Breathwork
-Ice Bath Immersion

This event will be approximately 2 hours in duration.

As your hosts, Markeeta and I will hold a beautiful and safe space for all attendees to have a transformational experience.

You'll break through fear, transcend old limiting beliefs and level up your Consciousness, moving towards abundance, freedom, and unconditional love.

Afterward, we will have time to share and come together in community and spirit.

The event is held at my Permaculture Display Home here in Alfredton, (Ballarat) where I grow many sacred plants.

We also harvest all our own rainwater so you'll be immersing yourself not only into the cold but connecting with beautiful healing water which we will Crystalise on the day using Rose Quartz and infuse with homegrown, organic/biodynamic sacred flowers from the garden.

So you'll be bathing in beautiful fresh, clean, crystalline, rainwater, straight from Mama Gaia. The potential for deep healing is very high for this event.

90 Minute Event

Are you ready to level up yourself and your life with a 3-minute freezing cold Ice Bath Event right here in Ballarat?

Guided by me, Ash Bedford in Collaboration with Tracey Hargreaves from Absolute Yoga, you will be guided through Wim Hof Breathing exercises for 30-40 minutes, then fully immersed in a freezing cold ice bath with 5 other people for 3 minutes.

I am a Shamanic Healer, Yoga Teacher and Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Medicine Man, and Spirit Guide.

During this event, I will guide you on the most powerful journey you have ever been on.

Hi my name is Ash Bedford, I’m a Holistic health coach, Allied health professional, Personal trainer, Nutrition coach, and Yoga teacher.

I’ve spent the past 15 years exploring the best way to manage health and wellbeing for myself and my clients.

My holistic strategy encompasses care for self, care for others and care for the planet.

I came to understand these concepts from our First Nations and Indigenous peoples. They taught me something profound and that is that you cannot truly be healthy within yourself unless our planet is healthy too.
