Patient had a fall and hit his upper right front teeth and was very sensitive since then.

Treatment done: root canal treatment + Emax crown.

Patient aged 33 came to the clinic requested pulling out of his upper front decay teeth followed by denture replacement.

After discussion, patient chose for root canal treatment and dental post to keep his front dead(necrosed) teeth, at the same time act as support(abutment) for his dental porcelain fused metal bridge(PFM) to replace 2 missing teeth(22,24) on the left. Single crown on upper right front tooth followed by 5-units bridge to allow better oral hygiene maintenance. Patient is satisfied with the slightly higher gum level on front tooth thus refused for adjustment of gum(gingivectomy).
