Heart has so important energy in our lives and every human goes though ages of exancion of the heart. Here I share with you some information regarding one of the very special chakras - the Sacral chakra (Svadhishtana). 🧡 Most people on the planet have (had) issues with either this chakra or the Root, and they may have unhealthy patterns in the relationship with their parents -mother and father.

Sacral chakra is the powerful center of Divine feminine energy, and it has direct link to your mother. This is chakra of sensuality and self-acceptance, responsible for the health of your reproductive system, sexuality and emotions. As all things in the universe are connected , you need to work on your Sacral chakra and relationship with your mother. If you are born second child (or 4th) that means you carry more ancestral imprints of your mother lineage. 🧡
This chakra will help you to overcome issues with fear of abandonment, fear of commitment, fear of intimacy or sharing, or fear of being open to love.

At this time many souls are in process of healing aspects of themselves -this can relate to physical, mental, emotional healing, ancestral karma, childhood healing...karmic relationship healing. In order to heal, we need first to acknowledge that there is a problem and to see and recognize the pattern of wounding that we may have. Then we need to start slowly making steps to heal. This is a process and some of the most important aspects to heal are in our relationships. (if we realize it or not!) 🦄

Healing happens in many levels, one of them is on sub-conscious level. (We heal also in state of deep surrender, when we accept something and our sleep.) The relationship we are called to examine and heal is with your father (or older brothers). This is one of the strongest relationship in this life for every soul. If you have wounded or "on the surface" relationship with your father this can affect your Root chakra directly, and many aspects of your life won`t be so beneficial for you. (One of them is home, feeling of safety and security.) 🌹

For that reason I created this amazing meditation ,which helps to open and cleanse your Root chakra, together with cellular healing of your skeletal system with the divine ruby ray and AA Nathaniel. This meditation will start to make you aware of patterns in the relationship with your father, which you can choose to release. 🌹
