China successfully powered up its "Artificial Sun" nuclear fusion reactor for the first time, marking a great advance in the country's nuclear power research capabilities. The HL-2M Tokamak reactor is China's largest and most advanced Nuclear Fusion experimental research device, and scientists hope that the device can potentially unlock a powerful clean energy source.

It uses a powerful magnetic field to fuse hot plasma and can reach temperatures of over 150 million degrees Celsius, approximately ten times hotter than the core of the sun. Located in southwestern Sichuan province and completed late last year, the reactor is often called an "artificial sun" on account of the enormous heat and power it produces.

"The development of nuclear fusion energy is not only a way to solve China's strategic energy needs, but also has great significance for the future sustainable development of China's energy and national economy," said the People's Daily. Chinese scientists have been working on developing smaller versions of the nuclear fusion reactor since 2006.

They plan to use the device in collaboration with scientists working on the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER)—the world's largest nuclear fusion research project based in France, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
Fusion is considered the Holy Grail of energy and is what powers our sun. It merges atomic nuclei to create massive amounts of energy—the opposite of the fission process used in atomic weapons and nuclear power plants, which splits them into fragments. Unlike fission, fusion does not create radioactive waste, and carries less risk of accidents or the theft of atomic material. But achieving fusion is both extremely difficult and prohibitively expensive, with the total cost of ITER estimated at $22.5 billion.

Zhang Yiming, the founder of Tiktok, was a Microsoft engineer and Chinese entrepreneur who first set up a company called ByteDance in 2012 to carry forward his ambition of running a global company. ByteDance was ranked as one of China’s top tech companies in 2018.The desperation to get more people more people to like and follow the video has often led to youngsters attempting dangerous acts, causing serious injuries and even death in many cases.

Additional, there have been several cases of objectionable content being uploaded which eventually led to banning in several countries like Indonesia, Bangladesh and India. In April 2019, the app was briefly banned in India for spreading obscene content. Its parent company based in Beijing ,Tiktok is subjected to the Chinese jurisdiction and laws that often compel the private agencies to share information when needed.

Curently , the Tiktok data for Indian users is being stored in third party data center located in the US nad Singapore. It is important to note that if a company stores Indian data overseas then that data is subjected to that country’s legislation which may or may not be in line with India’s interest.

It is truly said that we can’t see God but on Earth Doctor is like a God who cures us and gives us life to live in a better way.
The importance of doctors has definitely come to the forefront this year with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s not that they were not there before, but with the virus spreading far and wide they have been working non-stop for 24 hours with little to no rest. They are there to ensure that patients recover fully, and with the number of infected cases rising daily, hospitals are overflowing with patients.
National Doctor's Day is observed to honour the legendary physician and West Bengal's second Chief Minister, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy whose birth and death anniversary coincides on the same day. This day pay tribute to the whole medical profession and to highlight the value of doctors in our lives. In 1991, the National Doctor's Day was established by the Central Government to pay honour Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy and is celebrated on 1st July. Each year National Doctor’s day is organised with a theme, last year’s being, “Zero tolerance to violence against doctors and clinical establishment”. This year’s theme is yet to be announced but we can assume it will be regarding the pandemic that we are undergoing.

Is it a real love or trauma bond??

A relationship which may initially seem to be so much intimidating that the people often consider it to be real love or some time even soul mates. Those who have experienced would rather prefer to call it an illusion, which slowly would turn into a trauma bond.

The problem with trauma bond is that your mind because of unresolved past trauma keeps the other stuck inside a role they have to play for the relationship to continue. These roles can start off really strong with a lot of attraction at first. But as you spend time, things happen. Slowly you realise you need different things from each other and the drift continues. But something prevents us to move outside this role as there is hurt outside this. And if we do, trauma keeps us stick with the same old role with whomever we meet by telling, “You can’t Heal”. You may observe an unexpected course of behavioural change from your partner. They sometimes may be hot or cold on you without any explanation. It seems to be an abusive relationship, but it’s not. You have to judge that. If not then you may confuse your nervous system’s reactivity for attraction and thus find yourself chasing and addicted to unhealthy relationships.

When you are stuck in this sort of cycle, even a healthy love can and will seem to be boring. But with time and patience you can learn to rewrite your nervous system to better appreciate what a healthy, available partner brings to the table. It’s a slower attraction that may take days, weeks or months. They actually become more attractive over time as consistency builds trust and authentic intimacy, not just the “High” of trauma bond. But ultimately it’s your choice. If you are not intentional about inner healing, your traumatized nervous system will chose for you and it will chose what is familiar from the past. Choose Wisely❤️

" Life seems better without addiction "

Today is "International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking" , a day dedicated by the United Nations to engage and draw global attention to impact of drug trafficking, abuse and addiction. And as expected this day went completely unnoticed by those are currently at the receiving end of the drugs, well especially the younger people. The older ones have already known its impact on their life and they are still regretting it. May be they are the ones who have a great role in this. Only the ones who have experienced can tell how it feels to be there and that is what we need.

This year's theme is "Better Knowledge for Better Care" which is a UNODC initiative to increase support for prevention of drug use.According to Ghada Waly, the UNODC Executive Director, "All over the world we see the risks and consequences of drug use are worsened by poverty, limited opportunity for education and jobs, stigma and social exclusion which in turn help to deepen inequalities moving us further away from achieving the sustainable development goals".
Speaking personally, I have seen people going into this darkness. Its a place where we believe all our pains are relived, and may be that's true initially but sadly its ultimate path is death. Withdrawal at proper time is the only way out of it.
According to UNODC, nearly 200 million people are talking illicit drugs worldwide. Drug use is directly and indirectly responsible for 11.8 million deaths per year. These numbers itself conveys how serious the situation is.
To all those out there who are still using it, I just want to tell a thing, "Nothing and no one is more valuable than life" . Its a one time opportunity, so use it in the best way you can. After the time gets over, its not coming back. The only thing you can do after is Regret!! Just remember this.
