Hello everyone!
My name is Brittany.
I am a wife to a wonderful hubby and mom to 1 year old twins named Emmy and Ezra.
I am a middle school teacher.
Jesus is my guy and I am a huge Bears fan.
I created this page on Facebook and Instagram to share recipes that I love making, share shopping deals that I find (because I refuse to ever pay full price for something), and to share tips for raising toddlers. I hope you find something that you can relate to here.

Berry Cream Cheese Muffins🍓 (Recipe can be eggless and lactose free) Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tablespoon baking powder 1/3 teaspoon of salt 1/2 stick of softened butter 1 egg or (2 TBS water, 2 tsp baling powder, and 1 tsp vegetable oil as egg substitute) 1/2 cup almond milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 c of diced strawberries 1/2 c diced blueberries 2 oz cream cheese (I used lactose free) 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1. Preheat oven to 400 and line 10 cupcake cups with liners 2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add in the softened butter until butter looks like small bits. 3. Mix in the egg or egg substitute mix, almond milk, and vanilla. 4. Fold in strawberries and blueberries. 5. In a separate bowl mix together the sugar and cream cheese, set aside. 6. Scoop a tablespoon of the muffin mix into the cupcake liner (I use a cookie scoop). Only fill the cup about halfway. Next take a teaspoon of the cream cheese mix and put on top of muffin mix. Scoop another tablespoon of muffin mix on top of cream cheese mix. (It should be layer of muffin mix, cream cheese, and muffin mix) 7. PSA: These wine margaritas are the most delicious! You can just pour them over ice or blend them like I did. In my glass is the strawberry flavor. I’ve also tried the watermelon.
