Berikut adalah beberapa cara penjagaan CROWN treatment yang perlukan dilakukan oleh pesakit di rumah:
1.Memberus gigi dengan cara yang betul tiga kali sehari
2.Menggunakan flos untuk membersihkan celah-celah gigi terumanya di kawasan CROWN
3.Elakkan daripada menggigit benda atau makanan yang terlalu keras seperti ketulan ais menggunakan gigi yang mempunyai CROWN kerana ia boleh menyebabkan keretakan pada lapisan luar porselin.
Perubahan suhu yang melampau juga akan meningkatkan potensi keretakan lapisan porselin dan gigi asli.
