Schizophrenia is a complex mental health condition characterised by a range of symptoms, including hallucinations, delusions, disorganised thinking, and difficulty with cognitive function. It affects individuals from all walks of life, often presenting challenges in daily functioning and interpersonal relationships.

Despite the misconceptions surrounding schizophrenia, it's crucial to remember that with proper treatment and support, many individuals can lead fulfilling and productive lives.
