Let us take a moment of silence to remember and honor those we lost 20 years ago. Sending continued prayers to their family and friends.

Wednesday's encouraging devotion is focused on the fruit of the spirit, "Joy". Philippians 4:4 says, "Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again--rejoice!". As Christians, true joy comes from God "...for the joy of the Lord is your strength" Nehemiah 8:10. Joy is forever ours through Christ who transforms and regenerates us which is deeply rooted in having faith and hope in the power of Christ (His love and His life).

Food for thought:
Did you know that Joy is one of the many important themes that runs through the whole bible? 😉
