12 years and still counting.

Dear youth, stay negative as much as you can as being on the other side can be very challenging to manage especially if you are mentally and emotionally weak. The world has got some bad people that may say things bad enough to make you give up the journey.
And if you are positive, just breath and come into terms with reality. No amount of tears can change the situation, speaking from experience. Give yourself enough time to feel every emotion that you are feeling, do not suppress them. Get on those drugs and adhere to them, it gets better with time trust me. Let me be quick to tell you that during your journey, you will have some moments were you will feel very devastated about your condition, those are normal and they make you a human being. Manage them well and get out of them as quick as you can. You may face rejection, very painful but that too is fine and part of the journey.
If you need someone to talk to, feel free to send us a message. Your confidentiality shall be guaranteed.

We are in this together. ❤️

Its okay to be HIV Positive if you already are, as there would be nothing you would do to change the narrative. Upon knowing about it, allow yourself to go through all the emotions you need to go through. Cry if you need to cry, be alone if you need to be alone, let it all out. But even as you go through this process, always remember that hope is still there. Pick yourself up, love yourself better, treat yourself better, just choose positivity as often as you should.

Remain strong, it gets better with time 😊. I have been on this journey for 11 years now and I have successfully managed to get to the Undetectable stage(For over 5years), so I am very well informed and mean it when I say to you "It gets better with time".
