Las Vegas style birthday party last weekend. Cold boiled shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce, charcuterie board, spinach artichoke dip for appetizers. Love creating these charcuterie boards! The only thing I would change next time is moving my salami flower away from the round cheese dip 🙂 it was delicious though!

Catered another amazing event today. Menu consisted of an elegant charcuterie board brfore the main buffet of beef, chicken and shrimp fajitas, rice and beans. 😍

An intimate catered wedding dinner for a group of 40 people. Prime rib, chicken marsala, rosemary garlic mashed potatoes, green beans with pork and potatoes and salad. Appetizers included assorted seasonal fruits, domestic cheeses and spinach artichoke dip.

What a beautiful day today! High school celebration for an amazing young lady, high school athlete and head cheerleader, prom queen an all-around amazing young woman! Everyone of her friends was super sweet and nicer than the next. So mannerly and respectful! These children were raised right! So happy to be a part of their day 🙂 :-) what a beautiful day today! Lovely catered event at a personal home. Choices included mini crabcakes, cold boiled shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce, mini beef Wellington, crack chicken pinwheels, mini quiche, capers shooter cups and hot ham and cheese sliders. Fruit display and vegetable crudités for appetizers.
