What does " Man Up " mean? well, here, in this safe place it's the opposite of the often intended kick in the nuts insult. Absolutely let's celebrate what it is to be a man but let's not do this at the expense of our mental health. Su***de is vastly more common in men than it is in women. In the region of 77% of suicides are by men. Why? What's the difference?

Men are expected to just "Man Up" instead of talking about their feelings. Men are expected to be strong, silent and just soak up anything that's thrown at them. If not then they are seen to be weak and therefor less masculine. Balls!!! Not here. We are human, awesome and strong yes but human all the same.
Here, MAN UP is the very definition of strength. Strength in numbers, strength in honnesty, strength in talking about our feelings (yea we're allowed to do this!!!) Strength in admitting if we're struggling, strength in supporting eachother even if it's just be reminding men that the feelings and struggles they have are not confined to them. Strength in sharing our fears so that our overcoming of them can be celebrated. Do you have the balls to put it all out there?
