In Qi Gong there is a variety of movements to let go of old and bring in new energy as we cultivate the precious life force that nourishes our mind, body and emotions and helps us create more harmony and balance in our lives.

The gentle attention on the breath helps calm the mind and the focus on the movement makes us naturally become more present in the body. This mindfulness in motion has been found to be excellent to increase vitality and zest for life, to reduce stress and anxiety and promote better sleep amongst many other wellness benefits.

What is Qi Gong?
Qi (Chee) translates as life force, that which keeps you alive, Long means work, skill. Both words together translate as becoming skilful at cultivating our own life force.

Qi Gong is the ancient precursor or Tai Chi, said to be between 3000 to 5000 years old. It is a complete health care system that combines breathing, specific movement and focused attention, to calm the mind, strengthen the body and circulate energy in the whole body while reducing stress.

Also called "the art of effortless ease", Qi gong is the perfect mind body fitness for our modern world.
