Calling all community members! Do you have 30 college credits? You can become become a certified substitute teacher. Roselle Park, like all of NJ, is facing a substitute teacher shortage. Have a direct impact on student achievement by helping to fill the gap.

Reminder to 9th Grade and New Parents- laptop pickup begins Monday August 14th:
Dear Roselle Park High School 9th Grade and New Parents, Guardians and Students,
I hope your summer is going well. I am re-sending this email as a reminder to all 9th grade and new students to come in to pick up your Chromebook. This email was previously sent and is being re-sent. School emails come from a bloomz.net address, so please look for that in your span if you did not get this email previously. Today I am sending it directly from my email.
New and 9th grade students should come in next week to pick up your Chromebook. You may come as early as 8:15am to pick it up and as late as 2:30pm daily. Below is everything you need to know about getting your computer and filling out the information we need on Genesis.
On August 29, 30 and 31st administration will be hosting tours for students and guardians (optional) during the day. These are not required, but it is an opportunity for new and 9th grade students to tour the school and learn a little more about the high school before that first day. Please try to have picked up your laptop in the weeks before you attend this tour so that you may be eligible to receive your schedule at the time of the tour. An email will follow with more information and a form to sign up will come during the week of the 14th.
Right now the portal is closed. Schedules for students not attending the tours will be released about September 1st. You must have renewed your laptop insurance or waived it (Waiving it requires a parent/guardian come in with you to sign off.) Your parent or guardian must log in to Genesis and fill out your medical form and a few other documents as well as other additional forms. Additionally, you must log into the Student Portal and sign off on forms. Your guardian must also fill out the lunch form. There is no free lunch this year and if you had free lunch last year, you will not have it after September this year if you do not do this form. PLEASE DO THE LUNCH FORM.
Make sure to check your school email regularly, as I will be sending important emails to students via their school email addresses. The next email will be coming out on August 14 or 15th, so keep your eyes open.
Until then, enjoy the rest of your summer!
