Another day, another dough. Still playing with the recipes and menu. Waiting for parts to build the trailer seems to be taking longer than expected.

While we wait for parts for the trailer, dough recipe trials begin. This one is a style dough with prosciutto ham, salami and chorizo with fresh mozzarella.
