So it's been about 12 days of using my Markkay skin care and so far so good. I'm growing more of my beard out and the sonic brush along with cleaning seems to reduce itching which is great! My skin feels better so that is a plus. I'm going to keep this up foe the entire year. Day and night washes with moisturizer day and night. I will post the products that I am using in the next post so you can see the combination.

So I was sitting here last year feeling every year of my age when I realized something that I need to do. Take care of me better. I can thank my wife for that reminder as well. So starting January I started back on my skin regiment daily with the Mary Kay products that she has recommended (honestly I probably need a reassessment soon). I am going to try and post a video of what I do to my face and what I started with and then lets see where I end up in 6 months. Excited to take this Mary Kay journey.
