NSSU National Athletics Championship done and dusted. Well done Khomas Region 👏👏

⚽️⚽️ We deliver on our promised by handing over sports equipment to the winning schools in Khomas and footwear to individual learners from Khomas Region on Friday. All Bridging the Gap winners who won during the youth sport’s initiative in Swakopmund 30 Sept – 3 Oct. In total, 53 schools won sport equipment worth N$10 000 and over 96 learners won footwear worth N$1500. Bridging the Gap Regional finals took place in Swakopmund and attracted over 300 schools and 672 learners from all 14 regions in Namibia.. All items were sent to 53 school in all regions earlier this week. CEO W***y Mertens and Namibia School Sports Union (NSSU) Chairperson Teofilus Nuugulu handed over the sports equipment.

Last week we had a successful KSSR Sport's award ceremony...Our guest speaker was Mr Isack Hamata 🙏

1st Place: Chairman Mao Zedong (Won 2-1)

2nd Place: HTS (Lost 2-1)

3rd Place: Immanuel Shifidi HS (Won 3-1)

4th Place: Eldorado SS (Lost 3-1)

We're supposed to have our U/15 Debmarine trials at Eros Primary School. But due to the NSSU AGM in Otjiwarango today we had to postpone the trials to next weekend.

Hereby all Khomas Schools are invited to take part in the Debmarine U/15 Boy's trials.
