•Do you have a storefront? We don't have one for Mai's Fresh&Delicious Eggrolls. However, we do sell our chicken eggrolls, crabmeat rangoons, stuffed chicken wings, Korean corndogs, and bubbleteas at our second business: Pho #1 Noodles and Grill.
•What do you do in your free time, such as hobbies? Spending time with my family and traveling.
•What is your inspiration behind running your business? My mom. Back in the motherland, my mom was a street food vendor. She inspired me to work just as hard as her. It naturally became a dream of mine to run a small food business like hers.

We're introducing the Pork Banh Mi to our food truck menu this year. This is an authentic Vietnamese sub recipe from our restaurant. It's comes with seasoned grilled pork, pickled carrots & radish, jalapeño, cucumbers, cilantro, and mayo. They will be selling for $8.50 each. We will be giving out FREE samples in the morning. Please come early due to limited samples.
