Often the beat of the drum is for the dancers who maintain that beat in their dance. Sometimes, a song will allow the drum beat to start slow and grow into a a fast pace asking for abundance within the song. Beating the drum is soothing, spiritual and fun."

Rhythmic Roots sharing their Spirit and the Spirit of the Drum. And a Musical Library just down the street! Loving my new community.🩵🪘🪘🩵

We are excited to share that Rhythmic Roots Tallahassee has donated an authentic West African djembe drum to the library! This instrument will soon be available for checkout - part of our growing library of musical instruments! We currently have ukuleles, dulcimers and an acoustic guitar for checkout. We would like to add another djembe, a Cajon drum and a keyboard for checkout - if you have one please consider donating to the library, or consider a tax deductible cash donation for the Musical Instrument Library initiative!
