In what was indeed a terrible day for our country due to a handful of idiots, the response and the political persecution has been far worse. Months of solidarity confinement and horrible treatment for people who were charged with misdemeanors like ‘parading’ on Capitol grounds.

Those who turned violent that day should of course be charged, as I’ve always argued, but justice needs to be applied equally and many questions need to be answered from the police who ignored warnings about the possibility of something happening and possibly even conspired to ensure something happened.

For months in 2020 hundreds of Pro-Trump rallies were held without incident with peaceful conservatives protesting the apparent election rigging seen throughout the year with the implementation of record numbers of new election laws/rules under the guise of COVID safety. They saw a candidate with massive support, who had given them the best economy in decades, somehow lose to a corrupt career politician in mental decline, who barely spent any time in the media spotlight. And on top of that they saw hundreds of Leftwing protests turn into violent riots with lives lost and billions in property damage, with almost no apparent accountability for those committing all the destruction and violence, and a media and political party that condoned the violence.

I’d urge everyone, especially those who think the January 6th protest, turned riot, was an insurrection or was anywhere comparable to 9/11, to take a look at the evidence and a timeline of the events that day in full context. It would be well worth your time if you really want to seek truth and understanding. I’ll post the link below.
