Michael's reason for joining is, "I joined the Air National Guard because I think it’s a great opportunity for me to grow as a person, learn new skills, meet new people, and it gives me more opportunity for jobs outside of the military and being able to further my education through college. My grandfather was also in the Air Force so he inspired me."
