Wow, what an incredible, magical, amazing ride 2022 has been! My life has changed in the best ways, my vision has become clearer, and I feel empowered to continue on this path I’m sure God has created for me!

I want to say THANK YOU to all of my Juicy, Herbal, Health, and Wellness BADDIES & BUDDIES lol (that was cheesy huh?!)! You’ve made this year so so special. Watching you all prioritize your health, reading your messages, and just observing your curiosity has and continues to inspire me! I want you to know that initially me sharing what I do on this platform came from a need I had within to express myself in some way… in a way that felt good, safe, nourishing, and authentic to me… at a time when I felt very vulnerable and uninspired. I was just trying to put one foot in front of the other while making sure I stayed healthy… so to see things blossom in this way from that is incredible! I look forward to continuing our journey of holistic health & wellness together! Thank you for walking with me and trusting me. There’s so much more I want to (and will) share in this coming year and I’m so excited!
