Followed a new recipe in my newest vegan cookbook from a local chef... This Indian Spiced smoothie is AMAZING!!!! (Can't share the recipe on s.m. but I will post a pic of the cookbook when I get home. Gonna try and get this book in the shop). I plan on making a new one from his book everyday this month.
The other is a hodge podge juice.... Carrot, apple, lemon, ginger, orange, pear.

Blueberry Mango Smoothie Recipe
2 cup frozen mangoes (or fresh)
2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds (Will make it thicken)
2-4 cups Water (depending on how thick you want it)
1 cup baby spinach
3-6 dates (depending on how sweet you want it. Don't forget to take out the seed)
Been a bit busy but still juicing/smoothie-ing! Today makes 30 straight days! 21 of them all liquid, the rest with a little food (1 really tanked day where I also ate about 15 fried green tomatoes...but I only get them once a year so I indulged๐๐) ... Anyone wanna go the next round?????

Don't forget your water... Alkaline is best. Plastic bottles ain't ideal but Trader Joe's PH is better than a lot of others. The green smoothie is a repeat from yesterday cuz it was just that damn good!!! Yum yum yum!! Here are a few Green smoothie idea pics....GET IT IN!!

My go to...always a good one!!! I use 2 whole beets... 1 whole bag of carrots.... 4 apples..... 1 whole lemon with half the skin left on. (Left out the ginger today)

Day 5 (yesterday) I drank so much water all day Saturday!! I started my day with a jam packed smoothie from Nu Kitchen (breakfast with spirit sisters) and ended with a amazing carrot, apple, ginger, lemon juice.
Day 4...repeat of day 3 (I made a lot of juice and smoothie)... Celery, Cucumber, Lemon, Ginger & Apple Juice. Also a Pineapple, Blueberry, Spinach Smoothie.... WHAT'S IN YOUR CUP?
