Don't consider Wayfair! I know it looks good but don't be fooled. Just PASS them by on your shopping research. Here are a few notes : Please read on...Everything they have is disposible, imported and they are 3-4th in line to mark it up. They have a huge focus on their profits and a NO RETURN policy. Let me explain... If you recieve a table, sofa or art and it has a ding, scratch, dent or rip - you call/email and they send another one and they ask you to throw away your damaged item. Of course you could try to take it to a donation spot or give away but sometimes that leads to hours of hassle and you may end up frustrated and have to resort to landfill. Isn't that infuriating ?! So irresponsible. Everything is sent in huge boxes with styrofoam and plastic that adds to landfill waste also. This is almost the norm in the shipping industry but if each one of us cuts back just a little by being a conscious shopper the world will be a better place moving forward. slowly... but surely we can make an impact. Thanks for listening

We reworked this exterior color scheme to focus on the special architectural features of the house like the 6x6 beams at the separation of the first and second story, framed the windows with a dark walnut shade and the off white ✨BRIGHTENS✨ it up and updates the home. 🧡

Design trick : want a gorgeous door stopper to hold a sneaky half closing door? Use a corbel upside down. If needed use tiny round felt pads on the surface.

Fine tuning exterior home colors is tricky. This adorable duo of creamy yellow on the house and sage shutters gave this home a wonderful cheerful look ! I loved helping her select them.
