Last night we made ‘sweet potato and chickpea patty wraps’ (Tesco magazine recipe)

6:50am baking! Today we are making Ginger, date and oat loaf (thanks to Tesco for the recipe)

Tonight we made sausage and apple plait for tea and jam tarts using the left over pastry. (Forgot to take a picture of the plait cooked)

Tonight’s tea was ‘Tandoori chicken, Bombay veg and baked apple pakoras with spiced apple chutney. (Thanks to slimming world and Tesco for their recipe ideas)

Jack didn’t want to help tonight but I made a leek, mushroom and cheese pasta bake. It was lush!
