A cacao ceremony, also referred to as “Ceremonia de Cacao” is an entry level plant medicine ritual that simply requires an open mind, and the following of a few accessible guidelines to attend. This beautiful sacred experience involves a weaving of meditation, breathwork, nature, medicinal music and somatic movement together to form a powerful heart opening ritual. This ceremony dates back thousands of years, where raw cacao was referred to as a ‘’Food of the Gods’, and is not the same kind of drinking chocolate that you find in stores.

Temazcal is a powerful indigenous ceremony that allows you to purify the physical, emotional and spiritual body and connect with your truth, your essence. The stones (grandmothers or abuelitas) are heated by the fire and brought into the dome life structure, where water is then poured on to create steam; it is meant to encourage a sweating of toxins and negative energy that create disorder and imbalance in our lives.

He is also a transformational life coach as well as a Usui Ryoho Reiki Master and a certified Ta**ra Yoga instructor.
