Thank you to Longwood primary Academy for having us down to do a demonstration in your school!

We had a fantastic time, it was great to see students getting involved and interested in learning about karate 🥋

Well done to Amelia Clow, Dylan Barnes and Erin Brewin who all travelled to Croatia last weekend to compete at the U21 youth league.

Some Good performances, with Amelia coming back from rest and recovery, and Dylan still making his mark in the U21 category

Some tough competition, with Erin making it to the second round with another great score one of the highest in her pool.

Tuesday: Church Langley community centre 4.45pm - 5.30pm beginners

Wednesday: sawbridgeworth memorial hall
4.15pm - 5:00pm beginners
5.00pm - 5.45pm intermediate
5.45pm - 6.30pm advanced

Marsden, Nardelli and Spearman fight their way to national karate crowns Three Pro-Karate Academy members were crowned champions at the British Karate Federation’s Four Nations Championships

Congratulations to Ben - Wednesdays student of the week in the higher grade class

Well done to all our students of the week this week!

Also a HUGE well done to all our new starters over the last two weeks 🥋💥

Dylan Barnes travelled to Spain this week to compete at the karate1 youth league. 🇪🇸

This was his first time in the U21 category at this level abroad, and he won his first round and beat Germany, then in the third round lost out to Slovakia. 💥

With so much potential, and time in this category left we can’t wait to see you progress even further.

We look forward to wishing you luck in Croatia in June alongside Sensei Erin who helps at our classes!

4 rounds of kata, missing out on bronze ending in 5th place. Some fantastic performances, with over another year in this category to go too, we can’t wait to support Erin at the next competition!
