RE: 2024 Raffle Bonanza

Based of the result of the meeting by the board of directors regarding the 2024 raffle bonanza to address the inadequate funds for the full computerization program of our cooperative. The Board of Directors passed Board Resolution No.: 052-2023 for the said project and include the participation of the entire membership for the sale of the raffle ticket. This coming December 11,2023 we will start distributing tickets to all members.

Each member is required to buy or sell at least one (1) booklet in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (1,000.00).

Your outmost cooperation on this cause is vey much appreciated. Our success lies on our hand.

2024 RAFFLE BONANZA FOR THE COMPLETION OF COMPUTERIZATION PROGRAM

WHEREAS, The United Neighborhood Credit Cooperative-UNCC is a legitimate Cooperative duly registered with the Cooperative Authority (CDA) Region IV:

WHEREAS, The Board of Directors is mandated by our By-Laws to perform their duties and responsibilities as stated in ARTICLE IV Section 2 Paragraph a to d. (functions and responsibilities):

WHEREAS, One of the agenda discussed during the Board of Directors meeting last November 14,2023 is the proposed Raffle Bonanza next year (2024):

WHEREAS, The proceed of this project will be for the completion of computerization program of our office to ensure more efficient service to the members:

WHEREAS, The amount per booklet is One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00:

WHEREAS, Highest solicitor will receive Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00)

WHEREAS, Each member is required to purchase at least One (1) booklet:

WHEREAS, Prizes will be as follows:

First Prize: 30,000.00
Second Prize: 20,000.00
Third Prize: 15,000.00
Fifteen (15) consolation Prizes of 5,000.00 to each winners

Total Prizes 140,000.00
