📣 NECA ANNOUNCEMENT (again) 📣

For those of you who may have missed the previous announcements and messages regarding the ongoing issue we, as retailers, are having, we are going to break down the scenario again.

Back in June, NECA changed their order processing system. This was estimated to take approximately 2 weeks, during which time, no orders would ship out. No problem. This 2 week period, however, turned into a much longer affair, much to our dismay. With their own internal kinks and issues - orders have not shipped since June, save 2 items.

This caused a massive backlog for them and uproar (at very least) from us. We put YOU (our customers) first, always. As a small, family-owned and operated business, we are the biggest advocates for you all, and we always will be.

We have been in CONSTANT contact with our NECA reps and with their Sales Director trying and trying to get updates, to get our orders out the door, so we can get them to you all. And this has been since June.

As it stands, NECA has a MASSIVE backlog of wholesale orders they are trying to catch up on. We alone have over 10k in inventory stuck in limbo. We have received our confirmations for many items weeks ago, and we are just waiting for them to actually get out of the warehouse to us. We fully expect (finally) for our outstanding products to begin trickling in.

We are not alone. This is something ALL retailers (except the big box guys like Walmart and Target) are having to deal with and navigate. And we know you’re frustrated, so are we. Incredibly so. We promise that we are advocating like hell for our product, so we can fulfill your orders.

As always, we thank you sincerely for your support and your understanding. This is simply out of our control. We are truly doing everything that we can for you all.
