Our AFC Cup campain with Phnom Penh Crown FC is over unfortunatly, definetly wished for more, but it was a great experience and I can't wait to be able to participate on the international scene again!!

Proud to have won the first Cambodian League Cup edition with Phnom Penh Crown FC. This trophy is very special as it is the first club trophy since the loss of our President Okhna Rithy Samnang, everyone at the club have been working hard to win it and dedicate it in his honor.
I am deeply sadden by the loss of Phnom Penh Crown FC president Okhna Rithy Samnang. My toughts are going to his family, wife, children and every member of his circle. He was a great wise man who did so much for Cambodia, football, children and charity. May you soul rest in peace, you will be terribly missed. π€

Practicing agility is very important for football players, it improves:
-Coordination
-Footwork
Which helps with quick turning and change of directions, thus participate in the success of critical actions on the pitch.
Cambodian π°π national team and Phnom Penh Crown FC player Yeu Muslim had to deal with knee injury which kept him away from football pitch for sometime.
During his convalescence we have decided to focus on muscle gain/strength reinforcement which was a success thanks to his commitment and hard work. He managed to increase his LMM without gaining fat % as well as strengthen his lower body muscle groups in order to prevent any future knee issues. Wishing him good luck and success for the rest of the Metfone Cambodian League!

β’INGREDIENTS:
-180g Chicken breast
-1/4 Avocado
-1/2 Medium cauliflower
-1/2 Lime
For RED PEPPER HUMMUS:
-1 Red pepper -400g Chickpeas
-3 Garlic cloves
-4Tbsp Tahini
-1/2Tbsp Smoked paprika
-1 Lime juice
-Olive oil
For BURRITO SPICES:
-2 Tbsp Ground cumin
-1 1/2 Tbsp Paprika
-1 Tsp Garlic powder
-1 Tsp Salt
-1/2 Tsp Dried oregano
-1/2 Tsp Black pepper
-1/4 Tsp Cayenne pepper ββββββββββββββββββββββββ
β’METHODE:
1.For the hummus slice the pepper and roast it in the oven at 180C for 15min, then place all the ingredients in the blender and mix until right consitency, reserve in the fridge.
2.Grate the cauliflower to give it this rice look then place it in a pan with a bit of olive oil and garlic for sauteΜed.
3.Cut the chicken breast into dices then toss it in the burrito spices and pan fry it without oil to give it this grilled and smoky taste.
4.In the same pan put the baby corn and cook them so they can get the burrito flavors and stay crunchy.
5.Slice the avocado at the last moment and cut the lime.
6.In a bowl put first the cauliflower rice then place all the ingredients the way you like it, season with salt, pepper, lime juice and a bit olive oil, finally enjoy.

β’INGREDIENTS(For 12bars):
-230g Rolled oats
-80g Sliced almond
-110g Honey
-50g Brown sugar
-1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
-1/4 Tsp salt
-60g Dried cranberry or raisins
-65g Dark chocolate chips

β’METHODE:
1.Toast the almonds and the oats in the oven or in a pan. When lightly brown transfert to a bowl.
2.Combine the honey, vanilla extract, brown sugar and salt to a pan over light fire and wait until smooth and dissolve.
3.Poor the mixture into the bowl and mix well, add the dried fruits and a 1/2 of the chocolate then mix well (the chocolate will probably melt but it will turn into glue).
4.Transfer the mixture into a tray, spread evenly then top with the rest of the chocolate. Then press firmly so it hold together when it is cold.After refrigerate for at least 2hours.
5.Remove the block from the tray, then cut into approximately 12bars. You can store them in a box in the fridge for at least a week.
